General Terms of Sale :

How To Order :

Questions on products and availability :
on the phone, during the opening times of the wholesale retail shop,

Minimum order :
export : 150€ excluding tax

Getting orders ready :
Orders mentioning reference number, colour and quantity are completed within 24 hours (not including week-end days and public holidays).
Do not send payment. As soon as your order is ready, we will contact you to let you know about the amount of your order including postage, your balance if any, the deadlines calculated for this balance, or a replacement solution.
We send the goods as soon as we receive your payment.

Payment :
• Export : we accept either bank transfer payment or remote credit card payment (depending on  your geographic location and the history of your account).
• We send the goods as soon as we receive your payment.

Sending :
• We can send your parcel either by post or through our usual transporter (EXAPAQ). We can also entrust the transporter of your choice with your parcel, if you already have a contract with this transporter.
• The goods travel at the addressee's risks but they can be insured against the risks inherent in transportation.

Billing :
We only charge for available goods, with the exception of the wholesale SWAROVSKI components for which we require payment in advance. The bill corresponds to the content that is sent to you.

Tax :
Local tax applies depending on the type of merchandise, its destination and the addressee's quality (professional or non-professional).
We reserve the right not to grant tax rebates when those do not fit the conditions mentioned in the general terms of sale here stated; we will also oppose the requests sent by the customs services.

Retention of title clause :
The transfer of ownership is subject to the  complete payment of the price of the delivered goods (Act 80 335, 12 May 1980). The penalty rate is one and a half times the legal interest rate.
PERLOMONDO's legal costs and their interests will have to be paid by the client.
Should a dispute arise, only the Sarlat courts of law will be competent to act in this matter.

A warning on products :
The colours of the products seen on our website might be altered by the type of screen you are using.
As many of our products are home-made, their shape, colour or finishing can be irregular. This means that we cannot be legally bound by the quality of our online photographs.

Books :
Books published in France cannot be sold to a client with a discount superior to five percent.
The public price of imported books is deregulated. In both cases, the VAT rate applied in France is 5,5%.
If you only have a professional project but aren't registered yet, we will discount five percent from the public price of the book, whatever the book is.
Our beads are not toys and should not be left in the hands of children less than three years old, who may ingest them.
Any order requires your acceptation of our general terms of sale.

Those terms and our prices are liable to change without prior notice. They are always indicated, though there may be mistakes or oversights.
